International journalists get chance to experience adventure at ANTA
FUJIAN- A number of journalists from some Asian and Pacific countries visited the headquarters of Anta Sports Products Limited, a Chinese sports equipment multinational corporation, in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, in the southeast of the country.
During their visit which took almost two hours, they got familiar with different fields of activities and also various products of the company.
The journalists had also the chance to experience some sport adventures, for example indoor rock climbing and also skiing on a ski simulator.
The Anta personnel helped the visiting journalists with all those activities and experiences and taught them some skills.
They also enjoyed playing some sports like basketball in the basketball court inside the building.
Anta Sports Products Limited is the world's largest sports equipment company by revenue and third-largest manufacturer of sporting goods overall, behind Nike and Adidas.
Founded in 1994, its operations involve the business of designing, developing, manufacturing and marketing products, including sportswear, footwear, apparel and accessories under its own brand name.
Anta is one of the largest leading sports brands with extensive experience in designing, developing, manufacturing, and marketing sports equipment.
As a key player in the industry for several years, the brand is dedicated to offering consumers a wide array of functional, professional, and technologically advanced sports products, spanning various sporting categories.
Visiting Anta was a part of the mentioned journalists’ trip to Fujian Province, organized by the China International Press Communication Center (CIPCC), in collaboration with China Global Television Network (CGTN), and CCTV+, a video news agency belonging to the state-owned China Central Television (CCTV).
CIPCC, under the China Public Diplomacy Association (CPDA), has initiated a program to build a platform for the media from countries around the world, especially developing countries, to observe China and study development in this country.
In each edition of the program, journalists from all around the world gather together to get familiar with the modern China and exchange their experiences in the field of journalism.
In 2024 edition of the program, started in late February and planned to end in late June, over 100 journalists from more than 90 countries are participating.
